Coaches,  

All players who have not signed the waiver as of today will be removed from your roster. Any player who signs the waiver after today will be automatically added back. No player is allowed to participate in any game until their waiver is signed — no exceptions.  

Scorekeepers will have an updated roster in the booth showing which players are eligible. There will be no debates or challenges at the field regarding player status. If a player cannot show proof to the scorekeeper or umpire that their waiver has been signed at game time, they will not be allowed to play.
